Having extremely high strength and tensile strength, 7075 aluminum bar can withstand large loads and stresses in many applications. Despite having higher strength, it is still less dense and relatively light. This makes 7075 aluminum bar an ideal option to replace steel in many applications, thus reducing overall weight while maintaining strength. Besides, 7075 aluminum alloy is highly resistant to some common corrosive media, such as seawater and most chemical solutions. This gives 7075 aluminum bars advantages in applications used in marine environments and other harsh environments. Lastly, having good processability, wear resistance and heat resistance, 7075 aluminum bar is ideal for many industrial applications such as aerospace, mold processing, mechanical equipment, tooling and fixtures.

Magnesium and silicon are the main alloying elements of 6061 aluminum. A certain amount of manganese and chromium neutralizes the bad effects of iron. A small amount of copper or zinc can improve the strength of the alloy without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance. Zirconium or titanium can refine the grains and control the recrystallized structure. Mg2Si is solid dissolved in aluminum, giving the alloy artificial age hardening properties. So the 6061 aluminum bar has medium strength, good corrosion resistance and oxidation effect. The bar is widely used in various industrial structural parts requiring a certain strength and high corrosion resistance.

5052 aluminum alloy belongs to the widely used Al-Mg series. 5052 aluminum bar features good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, good cold workability and medium strength. 5052 aluminum alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum. This alloy has high strength, high plasticity and corrosion resistance. Unlike many other aluminum alloy, it has good plasticity during semi-cold work hardening and cold work. Also, it has low plasticity when hardened, and can be easily polished. However, it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. 5052 aluminum bar is mainly used for applications requiring high plasticity and good weldability.

3A21 aluminum alloy, also known as A921 aluminum alloy, is an aluminum alloy material composed of aluminum and a small amount of other alloy elements such as manganese, copper, chromium, and Zinc. 3A21 aluminum bar has good tensile strength and yield strength and can meet applications with various strength requirements. 3A21 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in humid and corrosive environments without rusting easily. Besides, 3A21 aluminum bar can be subjected to various surface treatments, such as anodizing, spraying, chrome plating, etc., to increase its surface hardness and decoration. Another thing that makes 3A21 aluminum bar a favorable option is aluminum alloy is light in weight and low in density compared to other metals. It is an ideal lightweight material and is suitable for product designs that require light weight.

1100 aluminum bar has strong corrosion resistance and plasticity. There are cold-rolled bar, hot-rolled bar, stretched bar and so on according to the different production process. The strength of 1100 aluminum is slightly higher than that of 1060, so it is suitable for products with high strength requirements. However, since the aluminum content is not as high as that of 1060 aluminum bar, it is not recommended to use 1100 aluminum bars in the heat dissipation and electrical conductivity industries. 1100 aluminum bar has good machining performance but lower cost. Therefore, 1100 aluminum bar has become one of the most commonly used materials in many industries.
