304 Stainless steel round bar

Stainless steel 304 is an austenitic grade of stainless steel that contains high nickel content, typically somewhere between 8 and 10.5 percent by weight and a high amount of chromium that comprises approximately 18 to 20 percent by weight. The lower carbon content of grade 304 stainless steel minimizes chromium carbide precipitation from welding and the alloy’s susceptibility to intergranular corrosion.

310S Stainless steel round bar

Alloy 310S is an austenitic chromium nickel stainless steel that posses good oxidation resistance and strength at high temperatures in continuous service up to 2000ºF (provided reducing sulfur gasses are not present). It is also used for intermittent service at temperatures up to 1900°F because it resists rescaling and has a low coefficient of expansion. This factor reduces the tendency of the steel to warp in heat service. Alloy 310S is similar to alloy 310 except for lower carbon content to minimize carbide precipitation during welding.

2507 Duplex Stainless Steel bar

Duplex Alloy 2507 is a super duplex stainless steel with 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel. It has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen levels provide excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and general corrosion. The impact strength is also high. Duplex Alloy 2507 is not recommended for applications which require long exposures to temperatures above 570 °F because of the risk of a reduction in toughness.

317 Stainless steel Round Bar

Type 317L (UNS 31703) is a low carbon austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel that can be used in applications where it is not possible to anneal after welding and where maximum corrosion resistance is required. It provides good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 1600 ° F and in continuous service to 1700 ° F.

17-4PH Cold Drawn Hexagonal Stainless Steel Bar

Type 17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides an outstanding combination of high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600 °F (316 °C), good toughness in both base metal and welds, and short time, low-temperature heat treatments that minimize warpage and scaling.
