Product information
Unique steel strand manufacturing process: horizontal continuous casting production process. In the continuous casting process, when the electrolytic copper is heated to 1200℃, the copper bonding surface forms an alloy coating, and the bimetal interface is completely firmly bonded. The steel strand realizes the ductile metallurgical welding of copper and steel, and becomes a single composite material, which can be stretched at will like a single metal, without breaking, peeling, cracking and other phenomena.
Steel strand corrosion resistance is better: bimetal no residue, better corrosion resistance. The horizontal continuous casting process uses high temperature melting, and the residue will overflow the copper surface after calcination, and will not remain in the rigid conductor covered with copper, so there will be no internal corrosion. When flat steel or building foundation is used as the grounding body, the reliability of steel strand grounding device is affected by poor corrosion resistance. Galvanized Angle steel (round steel) as a grounding body, slow steel corrosion. However, because zinc is more active than steel, zinc corrodes faster than steel. Due to the Angle between the galvanized layer and the soil, the corrosion is constantly changing, the stability is poor, the service life is short (generally less than 5 years), and a lot of work needs to be done.
